AONeuro Symposium—Decompressive Craniectomy in Neurotrauma
December 8, 2016, Bogotá, Colombia
We will be offering a neurotrauma symposium focused on cranial decompression for traumatic brain injury. This will take place as an activity at the WFNS's International Conference on Recent Advances in Neurotraumatology (ICRAN) in Bogota. There are still a few spaces available.
December 12, 2016, 13:00-14:15 Central European Time (GMT +1)
Christian Matula (Austria), Anthony Figaji (South Africa), Francesco Biroli (Italy), and Andres Rubiano (Colombia) will present the current best strategies and considerations for cranioplasty at the AONeuro Webinar—Cranioplasty. This free webinar includes discussions on different technical options, complications, outcomes, and economic issues.
A group of international faculty members, who are experts in their field, will cover the current best strategies and considerations for managing neurotrauma patients.
Comprehensive lectures—including a special lecture in 3-D, interactive case presentations, newly developed practical exercises, and case-based discussions are some of the educational methods that will be used to deliver the course content. These will allow the participants to link the lecture material and practical skills with the clinical problems commonly encountered in every day practice.
